QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM PROGRAMME -
THROUGH BLENDED LEARNING

Title:
Management Quality Systems: Preparing and establishing a quality assurance management system. Endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management / City and Guilds.

The programme is designed to provide those involved in the quality of training - the ability to implement an effective management system, obtain certification to ISO, and/or Awards Council QA, conduct assessments of training programmes and evaluate training effectiveness.

Quality Management System Programme Background

The original programme consists of 5 modules for delivery via tutor led workshops and a detailed set of manuals.

In the past few months there have been many significant changes in Quality Mangement. The new ISO 29990 standard for Learning Services Providers has been introduced and there is the merging of FETAC and HETAC into one body. These major changes have made it necessary to redesign much of the programme and convert it into an elearning package. The new updated version of the programme will cover a similar layout as the previous version but will be delivered using a blended learning approach.
